If you cannot access your resource, you should run the troubleshooting test.

To test access to the internal application;

  1. Launch CloudGen Access application

  2. Go to the Settings screen

  3. Click on Troubleshooting under the Support section

  4. Click on Test Internal Resource

  5. Enter the domain name of the resource and click on Run

You can expand the section with the error to learn more about the error.
