In some cases, Technical Support or Development needs to access device logs to debug an issue.

In order to send log files to Technical Support, compress and share the contents in this folder:

macOS

go to: ~/Library/Group Containers/93TXDD8JU3.com.fyde.guardian.macos.sharedgroup/


Linux

go to: $HOME/.config/fyde


Windows

  • Windows Store:

go to: %AppData%\..\Local\Packages\FydeInc.Fyde_hqdfaw3smzszr\LocalState\Shared

  • Windows MSI:

go to: %APPDATA%\..\Local\Barracuda\CloudGen Access
